Planned Service Outage
- Welcome everyone to this walkthrough of Southern Star's new PSO dashboard.
- Throughout the next couple of minutes, we will demonstrate the functionality of this new and improved tool.
- If by the end of the video you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Southern star customer service rep.
- As you come into the PSo dashboard, you will initially see six panels.
- We will drive the demonstration for the dashboard from top middle panel labeled constraints.
- Displayed in this panel are the constraints currently scheduled on the system.
- You can change the date range for constraints being displayed by clicking on the slicer on far left hand corner of your screen.
- This will allow you to change dates by click on calendar and choosing the dates you want.
- For this example, we will choose September 2, 2019. You narrow the selection even further by Clicking on Calendar in the second box and choose another date.
- In this case, we will select September 30th, 2019. As you can see, our constraints are now limited to September 3rd,2019 through September 27th 2019 To
- return to the full list, We will clear out the dates in the two boxes.
- For our demonstration, I'm going to put back in today's date in that top box.
- I will now close the filter panel by clicking on the slicer on right side of the panel.
- We are now back to our original screen with our Original Constraints.
- The upper left-hand panel shows the legend for the constraints.
- the lower left hand panel, shows a constraint reduction percentage in one tab, and the plan service outages in progress for this system.
- When you click on a specific constraint, note the changes in each panel.
- In the lower middle panel you will notice the map changes to the area affected by the constraint.
- In upper right hand corner of the screen you have two tabs to choose from, Constraint Locations and Constrained Pulling Areas.
- If you click on the second tab, constraint pulling areas, you can see that the list for constraint pull areas changes when you change constraints.
- In the lower right hand corner of the screen, you have two tabs to choose from.
- Operational Capacity and Work Activity.
- The Operating Capacities tab will give you information concerning the operational capacity of affected constraints.
- You can see these will be updated as you change constraints The Work Activities Tab shows you the information about the work project affecting a constraint.
- These will also be changed as constraints are changed.
- Each panel can be expanded using the arrows in the upper right hand corner of each panel.
- And reduce back to normal size by clicking on the arrow again.
- In the very top right corner you'll notice three lines.
- Once you click on this icon you will see two options.
- Download PSO PDF version, which will allow you to download and print the entire PSo, and historical average ID.3 schedule volumes through constraints.
- This will allow customers to gain knowledge on historical volumes, through system constraints
