Southern Star 101

Southern Star 101 is an introductory customer education presentation that explains Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline's business, pipeline system, organizational structure, major markets, customer groups, and transportation and storage services. It also introduces key customer-facing tools such as the CSI website, The Hub (formerly Resource Library), the PSO Dashboard, and the Available Capacity Dashboard, while providing foundational knowledge on scheduling, balancing, imbalances, cash-outs, and the various tariff services available to shippers conducting business on the Southern Star system.
