Capacity Release Reputs
- This is Southern Star's Reput tutorial video on your CSI home screen under Customer Activities on the left.
- Select Capacity Release, then RePut.
- Once the screen loads, select Create RePUt at the top right.
- These are all of your available offers that you can do a RePUT.
- Find the one you want and select the Re PUT arrow.
- This is the detailed information about the original offer.
- Review that, make sure it's correct, and then select the Reput tab at the top.
- Enter your Re put reason, your re put start date, If you scroll down, you'll enter the total report quantity and the locations you would like to do a report.
- This can be divided amongst multiple locations and receipt and delivery need to match the Total.
- Once you have all green boxes, select the submit report button, jot down the report number, case you need it for future reference and this will be submitted
- to contract administrators for the award.
